McKean Admin Solutions was established in April 2022 after the owner Madalyn McKean (Maddy) saw that there was a gap in the market for reliable, efficient and trustworthy virtual administration services specifically for tradespeople and small businesses.
With extensive knowledge and experience using systems such as Service M8 (Partnered), Aroflo, Xero and Asana and the ability to help with call taking, scheduling, invoicing, quoting, email management and social media. Plus 10+ years of customer service both face to face and over the phone, we take the stress of daily customer service and administration tasks so that you have more time to focus on your jobs, growing you business or spending quality time with your family.

Madalyn McKean (Maddy)
Maddy start McKean Admin Solutions after seeing a gap in the market to support small business and tradies. Maddy has over 10 years customer service experience both face to face and virtually and has an up beat and bubbly personality. Maddy enjoys helping other businesses and tradies build their empire and it is one of the main reasons she loves coming to work.
When Maddy is not at work, she can usually be found chasing and trying to keep up with her very energetic and vibrant son who is nearly 3 years old. If Maddy isn’t chasing her son she is either outdoors exploring, reading a good book, listening to podcasts or sewing.
